What this covers
This policy describes what information ThreadyGo collects when you use our website and dashboard, why we collect it, and who else sees it. If anything here is unclear, email support@threadygo.com and ask.
Information we collect
- Account information - your email, name, and password (handled by our authentication provider, we never see your raw password).
- Company profile information - what you tell us about your product, target audience, and competitors, since this is what our AI uses to find relevant Reddit conversations for you.
- Payment information - handled entirely by our payment processor, Dodo Payments. We store which plan you're on and your billing status, never your full card details.
- Usage data - which features you use and how, collected through PostHog, to help us understand what's working and fix what isn't.
- Reddit content - public posts and comments our systems retrieve from Reddit based on your search criteria, to surface relevant opportunities in your dashboard. This is public Reddit content, not private data.
How we use it
- To run the core product - finding relevant Reddit posts and drafting replies.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To provide customer support when you contact us.
- To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.
- To send you account-related emails (never marketing spam without your consent).
Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party services to run ThreadyGo. We don't sell your data to anyone.
- Supabase - hosts our database, authentication, and file storage.
- Dodo Payments - processes subscription payments.
- PostHog - product analytics.
- Reddit data providers (including Apify and Firecrawl) - retrieve public Reddit content on our behalf so we can score and surface it to you.
- AI providers (via the Lovable AI Gateway, currently Google Gemini models) - process post content and your company profile to generate scores and draft replies.
Each of these processes data under their own privacy terms, in addition to this one.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@threadygo.com.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies (via PostHog) to understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Children's privacy
ThreadyGo is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We'll update the date at the top of this page if this policy changes materially, and for significant changes we'll email active accounts.
