Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using ThreadyGo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the product. Questions: email support@threadygo.com.
What ThreadyGo does
ThreadyGo scans Reddit for conversations relevant to your product and drafts replies you can post yourself. We never post, comment, or log into Reddit on your behalf, and we never ask for your Reddit password. What you post, and whether you post at all, is entirely your decision and your responsibility.
Your Reddit account and Reddit's own rules
You're responsible for following Reddit's User Agreement and each subreddit's own rules, including its self-promotion and spam policies, when you post anything ThreadyGo drafts for you. ThreadyGo is a research and drafting tool, it doesn't guarantee that a reply won't be removed, downvoted, or that your Reddit account won't face action from Reddit or a subreddit's moderators for how you choose to use it.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use ThreadyGo.
- One account per business, please don't share logins across unrelated companies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ThreadyGo to spam, harass, or mislead people on Reddit or anywhere else.
- Try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the product without our permission.
- Use the product for anything illegal or that violates a third party's rights.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits tied to your plan.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Billing and plans
- Starter ($15/month) and Pro ($39/month) - recurring subscriptions, billed monthly until you cancel. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments; we never store your full card details.
- Free 7-day trial - a card is required to start a trial. If you don't cancel before the 7 days end, the trial converts automatically into a paid subscription on the plan you chose, billed at its regular monthly price.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a subscription (including during the trial) at any time from your account settings.
- Cancelling stops future billing. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods already used, except where required by law.
AI-generated content
Reply drafts are generated by AI based on your company profile and the Reddit post being replied to. Review every draft before posting it, we don't guarantee a draft is accurate, appropriate, or free of errors for every situation.
Disclaimer of warranties
ThreadyGo is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, specific results, or that scanning will find every relevant Reddit post.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ThreadyGo isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, including any action taken against your Reddit account by Reddit or a subreddit's moderators.
Changes to these terms
We'll update the date at the top of this page if these terms change materially, and for significant changes we'll email active accounts.
